Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, business analysis and/or managing transitions or related experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite with solid emphasis on Excel
  • Professional English proficiency
  • ENGLISH PROFICIENT ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION

Nice To Haves

  • SQL
  • Experience with sales or variable compensation and/or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) software
  • Familiar with Agile
  • Spanish proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business case and objective
  • Document, analyze and prioritize business requirements
  • Develop project scope and document user stories
  • Create mock-ups and user interfaces
  • Develop data models and process flows
  • Perform cost benefit analysis
  • Perform technical analysis/evaluation/options
  • Assist in estimation of project time and effort
  • Create Technical documentation
  • Assist testing efforts and monitor quality control functions
  • Facilitate implementation through Training sessions/demonstration
  • Support change management
  • Suggest process improvement methods, techniques and/or plans
  • Constantly liaise with stakeholders
  • Other duties may apply
