Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, business analysis and/or managing transitions or related experience
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite with solid emphasis on Excel
- Professional English proficiency
- ENGLISH PROFICIENT ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION
Nice To Haves
- SQL
- Experience with sales or variable compensation and/or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) software
- Familiar with Agile
- Spanish proficiency
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business case and objective
- Document, analyze and prioritize business requirements
- Develop project scope and document user stories
- Create mock-ups and user interfaces
- Develop data models and process flows
- Perform cost benefit analysis
- Perform technical analysis/evaluation/options
- Assist in estimation of project time and effort
- Create Technical documentation
- Assist testing efforts and monitor quality control functions
- Facilitate implementation through Training sessions/demonstration
- Support change management
- Suggest process improvement methods, techniques and/or plans
- Constantly liaise with stakeholders
- Other duties may apply
