About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Business and Data Analyst to join a dynamic healthcare-focused team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze complex healthcare data, develop actionable insights, and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions. You will leverage your expertise in healthcare administration, data platforms, and analytics tools to drive efficiency, improve operational performance, and support critical business decisions. This position offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts healthcare outcomes and client success, with opportunities to influence processes, tools, and system designs across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare administration software and associated datasets.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and system solutions.
• Evaluate healthcare data and software platforms, identifying areas for optimization and process improvements.
• Develop and document designs for new features or modifications to existing platform components.
• Conduct process and data analysis to validate quality, identify trends, highlight inconsistencies, and summarize findings.
• Participate in on-site planning, requirements gathering, and clarification sessions with clients.
• Support QA and application support activities to ensure seamless implementation and platform functionality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in healthcare data management.
