About The Position

Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for a Business and Systems Analysts to join our IT Products and Services Team in Seattle, WA. A successful candidate will focus on supporting Fleet Link and Ground Support Information Systems for e-Enabled aircraft.

Requirements

  • Experience with all aspects of Windows Desktop Administration
  • Experience in Network/Application Troubleshooting
  • Background Experience with Networking and OSI
  • Experience in Presentation and Communication skills
  • Experience with Customer Support
  • Experience with Application Support and Installations
  • Ability to travel 20% of work time
  • Ability to be 100% onsite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WIFI and Cellular connection Troubleshooting
  • Networking, Security or Application analysis background
  • Basic knowledge about private/public keys, digital certificates, PKI
  • Networking, Security or Application analysis background
  • Experience with Service Now and GSEP, MARS and STARS
  • VCenter, Virtual Platforms, Virtual Machines
  • On Call rotations
  • Detail Oriented and Process Driven
  • Exceptional problem Solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Research complex or multiple processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for design
  • Consult with internal and external customers to clarify and refine complex requirements
  • Install, Request and Configure user access in multiple environments and applications
