Mō te Hōtaka | About the Programme This programme is designed to set you up for a successful career as a Relationship Manager (Partner) in Business Banking. From day one, you’ll be immersed in the world of business lending — learning how BNZ supports ngā kiritaki (customers) through smart banking solutions, risk management and trusted advice. Through a mix of structured learning, on‑the‑job experience and real customer exposure, you’ll build a strong foundation in both the technical and relationship skills that great bankers need. You’ll be supported throughout the programme with: A buddy to help you settle in and ako (learn) the ropes Coaching and feedback from your People Leader Hands‑on experience shadowing customer portfolios and working alongside experienced bankers Opportunities are available across Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown.
