As a senior member of Enterprise BCM and Vanguard’s Enterprise Incident Response (EIR) team, you’ll thrive in a global enterprise 24/7 responsibility that monitors risk signals across our workforce, workspace, digital, cyber, supplier, and financial domains—escalating and coordinating enterprise responses when seconds matter, including participation in an off‑hours on‑call rotation. You’ll serve as the connective tissue across divisions, regions, and response partners—driving situational awareness, executive‑ready communications (checkpoints, ENS messaging, channel updates), and post‑event learning through Post‑Incident Reviews and After‑Action Reports that translate lessons into stronger controls, compliance, and resilience. Beyond incidents, you’ll steward the continuity lifecycle—business impact analysis, contingency planning, and executive exercise design—continually refining playbooks, training, and delivering executive-level tabletops so Vanguard is “at our best when things are at their worst.” You’ll also partner with key stakeholders to assess readiness while maturing standards, tools, and practices in concert with our business continuity management program.
