About The Position

CUAnswers is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Business Continuity Coordinator to support and strengthen our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs. This role plays a key part in developing, maintaining, and coordinating documentation and recovery efforts across the organization, our partners, and client credit unions. What is CUAnswers? CUAnswers is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) that is owned by its credit union clients that we support. We offer a full suite of integrated solutions to these credit unions that allow them to serve their members. Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–2 years of office experience, preferably in IT or business continuity
  • Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
  • Willingness to travel as needed (locally and nationally)
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • Regular and reliable attendance

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in a business or IT-related field preferred
  • Familiarity with basic information security and system recovery concepts is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and publish Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documentation
  • Create procedural guides, policies, templates, flowcharts, and reports
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and documenting rollover and recovery events
  • Gather and consolidate information from staff, vendors, and clients into BC/DR plans
  • Support project coordination for internal initiatives and client engagements
  • Schedule meetings, track project progress, and follow up on action items
  • Apply independent judgment to manage competing priorities and sensitive information
