Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Business Continuity Program Manager to lead the implementation, maintenance, and maturity of the organization’s business continuity program. To be considered for this opportunity, you have: Experience: 6 years of business continuity experience or related Emergency Management or Disaster Recovery experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college) We'd also love it if you had: Local presence in Idaho Experience in healthcare industry Business Continuity Certification Preferred (CBCP, MBCP, BCCE, etc.) In this role, we will ask you to: Implement effective business continuity operational processes and leads process improvement efforts. Develop and interpret policies, procedures, standards, and workflows to support the consistent application of practices across the functional areas and compliance with regulations. Support the maintenance of recovery plans including business impact analyses, recovery strategies, and plan maintenance. Partner with leaders in designing, maintaining, and producing management reports to meet company, committee, and Board of Director’s needs. Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide business continuity programs in collaboration with senior leadership. Identify points of vulnerability within the organization and develop loss-avoidance and reduction strategies to minimize risk. Plan and coordinate employee training on crisis management and restoration of operations. Work directly with and support related initiatives for facilities, operations, and physical security areas. Coordinate tabletop exercises, simulations, and crisis management drills. Support incident response and recovery efforts during actual disruptions. Assist in the coordination of IT Disaster Recovery testing. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $96,183 to $144,275 . The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance). The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
