We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our M&A team. This role will work directly with senior leadership on sourcing, evaluating, and executing partnerships with dental practices. The position offers significant exposure to transaction execution, financial modeling, and strategic growth initiatives in a dynamic healthcare services environment. The analyst will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and will work cross-functionally with finance, legal, operations, HR, and marketing teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
