About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries from internet and phone leads while proactively generating new opportunities through outbound and cold calling. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is focused on setting qualified appointments for the sales team.

Requirements

  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, automotive dealership, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong phone communication skills and professional speaking ability
  • Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and engaging new customers
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with strong note-taking skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound internet and phone leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Contact prospective customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and cold calling
  • Consistently follow up with leads until an appointment is scheduled
  • Set and confirm sales appointments for the dealership’s sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Take detailed notes and track customer preferences and timelines
  • Communicate effectively with sales staff to ensure smooth hand-off of scheduled appointments
  • Meet or exceed individual appointment and performance goals
  • Contribute to overall dealership traffic and sales growth
