As our agency continues to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our new business efforts and help keep our growth engine organised and moving forward. Why This Role Matters This role is essential to how Gradient shows up in new business conversations. As a Business Development Coordinator, you’ll support senior leadership by managing the flow of opportunities, keeping outreach and follow-ups on track, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll be deeply involved in the behind-the-scenes work that enables strong client relationships and successful pitches. With Gradient’s expanding international reach, fluency in both English and French is required. You’ll support communication with global and French-speaking clients and partners, helping ensure clarity, professionalism, and cultural fluency at every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, anticipation, and supporting others to do their best work.
