About The Position

Buildots is transforming construction management. Our AI-powered SaaS platform automates on-site progress tracking, giving construction teams the tools to plan smarter, improve efficiency, and cut costly delays by up to 50%. The $13 trillion construction industry has seen little disruption in the past 150 years... Until now. Backed by leading VCs and deployed on hundreds of projects across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, Buildots enables a game-changing, performance-driven approach. Our customers include top global contractors, consultants, and owners - Intel, JE Dunn, Ledcor and Turner Construction, to name a few. With over $160M raised and major expansion planned for 2026, this is a unique opportunity to join a fast-scaling company reshaping one of the world’s largest industries. As Business Development Director for Mission Critical, you will lead the strategy and execution of long-term growth across high-stakes sectors including Data Centers, Healthcare, and Critical Infrastructure. This role goes beyond transactional sales; your mission is to build enduring, trust-based relationships with owners, consultants, and executive stakeholders who manage some of the world’s most essential facilities. You will design and scale a strategic relationship ecosystem that positions Buildots as the first call when reliability, uptime, and performance truly matter. Reporting to the Sales Director for Mission Critical, you will guide a specialized team focused on pipeline development, executive engagement, and enterprise account expansion, ensuring Buildots becomes a trusted, long-term partner for mission-critical organizations.
