About The Position

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to strengthen client engagement, boost retention, and drive growth through referrals and new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our dealership clients—helping them optimize the value of their DMS solutions and uncover opportunities to expand services and support long-term success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive vendor or retail settings.
  • A self-motivated, assertive, and customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and drive client engagement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (15+ days/month).

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing automotive dealership clients.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support, ensuring prompt resolution of any client concerns.
  • Proactively identify and pursue referral opportunities and potential new business within the existing client base.
  • Conduct routine client engagements, including check-ins, training sessions, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and optimal use of services.
  • Travel up to 15 days per month to visit dealerships, strengthen client partnerships, and identify growth opportunities.
