Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the insurance industry, with experience delivering against targets in a regulated environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to generate leads and build pipelines independently.
  • Focus is always on the client, and you’re dedicated to providing the best possible service and outcomes.
  • A team player who values collaboration and thrives in a supportive environment.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and are willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and respond to new business opportunities, exceeding your targets while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Understanding the needs of our customers, you’ll offer tailored solutions from our broad range of services and products, creating opportunities to upsell and add value.
  • Secure the best terms with underwriters and insurers, ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Represent Gallagher at trade shows, expos, and industry events, using your networking skills to build relationships and seize new opportunities.
  • Contribute to our reputation for excellence in the market, always acting with integrity and professionalism.
