About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with 9–15 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and building strategic relationships with IT staffing clients. This role requires someone who has previously worked with direct clients, MSPs, or implementation partners, and has a strong network in the US staffing industry. The candidate should be highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for US IT staffing services through lead generation, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Identify and acquire direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of candidates.
  • Build a strong pipeline of staffing requirements from new and existing clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations, rate discussions, and service agreements.
  • Develop long-term client partnerships and expand business with existing accounts.
  • Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and business development activities.
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and client discussions.
