Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within food, specialty ingredients, or related industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of product applications and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization and collaborating across regions.
  • Ability to travel as required for client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable sales growth with global and regional key accounts across assigned product lines.
  • Identify and onboard new customers while cultivating existing relationships.
  • Serve as a technical and commercial expert for products, supporting application guidance and solutions.
  • Define and execute account strategies, including market analysis, regulatory considerations, and pricing.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-specific solutions and manage complex projects.
  • Identify new market opportunities and commercialize innovations to expand business reach.
  • Travel to key accounts to build relationships and support business development initiatives.
