About The Position

Our client is an established Restoration and mitigation services firm generating approximately $3M in annual revenue. The company is at an inflection point and requires a dedicated Business Development Manager to formalize and scale referral partnerships. This is an immediate need. The role exists to build predictable revenue channels through strategic relationship development — primarily with plumbers and insurance adjusters, with commercial accounts as a secondary growth vector. This is not a junior sales role. The company requires an individual who understands how to build and manage a professional referral book of business in a relationship -driven industry.

Requirements

  • 3 years of business development or outside sales experience
  • Direct experience building relationships with plumbers and insurance adjusters
  • Existing book of contacts within the Anaheim / Orange County market strongly preferred
  • Commercial account relationships are a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of referral -based revenue generation
  • Stable employment history
  • Strong territory management discipline

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a targeted book of business focused on plumbers and insurance adjusters
  • Establish consistent field presence with referral partners
  • Create structured touchpoint cadence to maintain top -of -mind positioning
  • Identify and cultivate commercial account opportunities where applicable
  • Track referral flow and report on pipeline activity
  • Map territory and prioritize high -value referral targets
  • Convert cold and warm contacts into recurring referral relationships
  • Represent the company professionally within industry associations and networking groups
  • Align with operations leadership to ensure service delivery supports relationship growth
  • Provide market feedback to ownership regarding competitor positioning and pricing dynamics

Benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000–$85,000 (DOE)
