We are looking for a relationship-focused Business Development Manager who enjoys connecting with others, building community partnerships, and helping families discover the support they need. In this role, you will help strengthen our presence in the community while supporting the daily success of our agency.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, healthcare marketing, or community relations (home care experience preferred)
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for helping seniors and families access quality care

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of local healthcare networks and referral sources is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners
  • Represent AmeriCare Plus at networking events, health fairs, and professional associations
  • Develop outreach and marketing strategies to expand awareness of our services
  • Track referral trends and support marketing initiatives and community education
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the personal care agency
  • Recruit, hire, train, and support caregivers and office staff
  • Work with our RN, clients, and families to develop and update care plans
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Assist with eligibility verification and authorizations
  • Manage payroll, billing, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the staffing coordinator and leadership team to meet service goals
