About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in injection molding, plastics, packaging, or contract manufacturing. This is a relationship-focused role dedicated to growing and expanding existing accounts — please note this is not a remote or commission-based position. Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience in contract manufacturing, Injection molding / plastics experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success growing existing customer business
  • Strong technical, analytical, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies
  • Identify and secure new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead account reviews and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Analyze pricing, margins, forecasting, and profitability
  • Support negotiations and supply agreements
  • Travel regionally as needed
