About The Position

ServiceMaster Restoration is a nationally recognized leader in water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. Locally owned and operated, we work closely with insurance agents, adjusters, and property professionals to deliver fast, professional, and ethical restoration services when policyholders need help most. Our reputation is built on responsiveness, documentation, and trust — values insurance professionals care about. We are looking for an insurance-savvy relationship builder to expand our presence in the Raleigh/Triangle market. This role is ideal for someone with a background in insurance sales, agency production, or claims-adjacent roles who wants to leverage their industry knowledge and professional network in a consultative, relationship-driven sales role. This position focuses on developing and maintaining referral partnerships, not high-pressure selling.

Requirements

  • Experience as an: Insurance producer or account executive
  • Agency sales representative
  • Claims or restoration liaison
  • Strong understanding of property insurance claims and policyholder expectations
  • Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships
  • Confident, polished communicator comfortable speaking with agency principals
  • Self-directed and organized with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with: Independent insurance agents and agency staff
  • Claims professionals and adjusters
  • Property managers and commercial clients
  • Become a trusted local resource for agents needing reliable restoration partners
  • Conduct agency visits, lunch-and-learns, and CE-focused outreach
  • Educate insurance professionals on: Restoration best practices
  • Mitigation vs. rebuild processes
  • Proper documentation and claim support
  • Attend insurance networking events and industry meetings
  • Track activity and referrals using CRM tools
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure policyholders receive excellent service
