We’re expanding our team in Belgrade and looking for a Business Development Representative who sees outbound as a strategic function. This role sits at the front of our growth engine. It requires judgment, research depth, and the ability to open conversations that matter. You won’t just book meetings, you’ll help shape the quality of our pipeline. Role Details This is a contractor role, fully remote and based in Belgrade. Working hours are 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Weekends are off. Working hours are aligned with the U.S. market, and you’ll collaborate closely with senior sales leadership. Who you are: You understand that strong outbound starts with understanding the business behind the logo. You’re comfortable engaging senior stakeholders; Directors, VPs, C-level executives, and you know how to earn credibility quickly. You don’t default to templates - you research, synthesize, and craft outreach that reflects context. You stay consistent and focused, knowing that persistence is part of building pipeline. You take ownership of your numbers, your messaging, and your execution. You’re comfortable working in an AI-enabled environment and curious about how tools can improve both quality and efficiency.
