About The Position

Launch Your Career Selling Carrier Network Equipment 📍 Denver, Colorado | Base + Uncapped Commission Break into Telecom Infrastructure Sales A growing telecom infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a high-energy, early-career sales professional to join its telecom infrastructure sales team in Denver. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how major telecom networks operate while building strong outbound sales skills. You will work closely with experienced telecom sellers while developing your own pipeline and opportunities. What You’ll Be Selling This organization helps network operators expand infrastructure capacity through: Optical transport equipment IP transport infrastructure Carrier-grade network hardware Lifecycle equipment sourcing Repurpose + reuse telecom hardware solutions Customers include: Mobile network operators Cable companies and MSOs Broadband providers Enterprise network operators Your Role You will focus on pipeline development and opportunity discovery across telecom infrastructure buyers.

Requirements

  • Strong candidates may have experience in:
  • Early-stage B2B sales
  • Telecom hardware environments
  • Network services organizations
  • OEM or distributor ecosystems
  • High energy and relentless activity levels
  • Curiosity about telecom equipment, infrastructure, and networks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coachability and desire to improve rapidly (you will receive a mentor)
  • Organized pipeline management
  • Long-term ambition to build a high-income sales career

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to companies such as Cisco, Ciena, Nokia, Juniper, or similar telecom vendors is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • High-volume outbound prospecting
  • Identifying and qualifying telecom infrastructure opportunities
  • Engaging network engineering and planning teams
  • Supporting senior sellers on larger carrier accounts
  • Managing smaller deal cycles independently
  • Rapidly building technical literacy in telecom infrastructure

Benefits

  • Base salary: approximately $40,000
  • On-target earnings: $60,000 – $110,000+
  • Uncapped commission based on gross profit
