About The Position

We’re hiring an outgoing Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our roofing and contracting company through in-person outreach and relationship building. This is not a sales role. You won’t inspect, quote, or close deals. Your job is to connect with local businesses, build relationships, and book free inspection appointments for our sales team. If you’re confident, personable, and enjoy being out in the community talking to people, this is a great fit.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, confident, and professional personality
  • Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
  • Highly presentable and customer-facing
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Reliable transportation is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in business development, brand promotion, hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Visit local businesses, real estate offices, property managers, commercial properties, and organizations
  • Introduce our company and services in a professional, friendly way
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Book appointments for free inspections (no selling required)
  • Attend networking events and community functions
  • Track outreach and appointments using company systems
