Pexip is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Herndon, supporting our Enterprise team . This role is ideal for someone eager to develop a long-term career in SaaS sales while working alongside experienced professionals in an innovative and fast-growing company. About the team: You’ll be part of a collaborative, and solution-oriented team based in Herndon. We work closely with teams across sales, product, and operations, and we value trust, transparency, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • We’re seeking someone who has a "never give up" mentality and enjoys building relationships, solving challenges, and learning new skills.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus, however, we’re even more interested in your curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and create meaningful connections.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a collaborative team approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce and Hubspot) and prospecting techniques is a bonus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging potential customers through outreach, including social selling, email, LinkedIn, video and phone conversations.
  • Understanding customer challenges and positioning Pexip as a solution that makes a difference.
  • Full sales cycle responsbility in addtion to qualifying leads and scheduling high-value meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and share insights.
  • Tracking and optimizing outreach efforts using CRM tools like Salesforce and Hubspot to meet and exceed goals.
