About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for: Achieve their sales quota and sets a personal quota which should exceed the Company’s standard Develop and maintain target account system for major prospective clients,  Ensure that all goods and services sold are at a fair price and within Company policy on pricing, selling and collection Maintain sales support and presentations materials in an organized and professional manner Provide Manager with a regular report of activities; complete sales reports on time Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned; Attend and participate in seminars, professional conferences Maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times  If you are motivated and results-driven٫ and enjoy working in a team environment٫ we’d like to meet you. Requirements

  • 3 or more years of outside sales experience with an emphasis on prospecting and new customer development in the service industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Superior relationship building ability and thoroughness with clients
  • Strong sales skills with knowledge of the complete sales cycle
  • Works well independently

Nice To Haves

  • Pest management industry experience an asset
