Let’s build the future of engineering together. 👉 Your Role As a Business Development Manager at Synera, your focus is on growing and expanding our existing customer base. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell — introducing customers to new features, AI agents, and modules that unlock even more value. You’ll be at the intersection of customer needs, product value, and revenue growth. That means understanding how customers use Synera today, spotting where additional automation or AI agents make sense, and turning those insights into expansion opportunities. This role is ideal if you enjoy relationship-based selling, strategic conversations, and helping customers get more value — while still being hands-on and close to revenue. 👉 Your main focus areas: Customer Expansion & Revenue Growth Identify, qualify, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base. Collaborative Selling Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success to plan and execute expansion strategies. Customer Understanding Learn how customers use Synera today, what challenges they face, and where additional AI agents or features create value. Value-Based Storytelling Clearly explain new features, modules, and use cases — always tying them back to customer outcomes and business impact. Pipeline Ownership (Expansion) Build and manage an expansion pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal support and close. Feedback Loop to Product Share insights from customer conversations with Product and GTM teams to help shape future features and positioning. ⚡ In 6 months: You deeply understand our customers, their workflows, and how they create value with Synera. You successfully drive your first cross-sell and upsell deals together with AEs and Customer Success. You become confident presenting new features, AI agents, and modules in customer conversations. You are seen as a trusted partner by customers and internal teams alike. You help establish a scalable expansion playbook for Synera’s US market.
