The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for: Achieving their sales quota and sets a personal quota which should exceed the Company’s standard Developing new contractual business for the Company accomplished by diligent sales effort on their part; Entails an organized program of sales activity which includes an effective prospecting system, developing prospective clients through organization, referrals, associations and contacts by their own initiative Developing and maintaining a target account system for major prospective clients, Completing necessary reports and paperwork for all sales transactions Ensuring that all goods and services sold are at a fair price and within Company policy on pricing, selling and collection Maintaining sales support and presentations materials in an organized and professional manner Providing Manager with a regular report of activities; complete sales reports on time and as directed Ensuring assigned equipment including Company vehicle is maintained according to the Company policies Developing relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned; Attend and participate in seminars, professional conferences Maintaining knowledge in relevant field at all times
