About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead strategic growth initiatives within the connected TV (CTV) and programmatic advertising ecosystem. The Senior Director will focus on building and expanding partnerships with premium CTV publishers, streaming platforms, and broadcasters, driving long-term business value. This position blends strategic relationship management, commercial negotiation, and market insight to accelerate revenue growth and enhance product offerings. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine value propositions, optimize CTV product capabilities, and influence company strategy. Success in this role requires a mix of executive presence, market expertise, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced, global digital advertising environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of programmatic sales or business development experience within ad tech, streaming platforms, or publisher organizations
  • Proven track record exceeding quotas and managing enterprise-level CTV partnerships
  • Established executive relationships with premium CTV and streaming publishers
  • Deep understanding of the CTV and broader programmatic ecosystem
  • Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • High energy, self-motivated, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure strategic CTV partnerships with streaming platforms, broadcasters, FAST networks, and app-based video publishers
  • Expand CTV supply in key international markets, including Canada and LATAM, aligning with global growth strategy
  • Negotiate and structure regional and global commercial contracts for CTV supply and data partnerships
  • Partner with Account Management to manage a book of strategic CTV publishers, upselling products and providing trusted advisory on monetization, identity solutions, AI, and privacy-first approaches
  • Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap and innovation priorities
  • Support buy-side teams on CTV inventory positioning and activation of new demand
  • Represent the organization at industry events and through thought leadership in the CTV ecosystem
