Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and the Business Unit to identify and implement long-term strategies. Conduct internal and external assessments for business improvements, growth opportunities, and potential risks.· Evaluate and improve business processes for enhanced operation efficiency aligned with long-term objectives. Assist in the creation and management of long-term supply agreements with customers, acting as a subject matter expert on contract terms. Support the development of a long-term competitive strategy, including strategic planning and fostering customer relationships. Drive Sales Teams and Business Unit alignment to ensure coordination between business unit goals and sales strategies. Collect long-term forecast data from customers, ensuring accurate reporting to management. Champion Business Unit projects, ensuring their progress and providing regular reports to management.
