Dazzee is looking to add to our growing and fast paced team! The Business Development Specialist is responsible for prospecting potential new clients and working with sales leadership to close IT services contracts. This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, multi-channel outbound prospecting, working with the marketing department on marketing initiatives, maintaining the sales CRM and prospecting database, and being a part of the entire sales process. Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel and identifying client needs/issues/and providing solutions to grow the business is essential.
