About The Position

Noble Hearts HR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our client, Dex & Company, for a Business Development (Territory Rep). The position operates in a hybrid model, with administrative responsibilities performed remotely Monday–Thursday and onsite presence required Fridays in Somerville, NJ. Regular travel to client sites is expected. Compensation Structure Base Salary: $60,000 annually Incentives: $100 per qualified appointment $250 per closed deal This role offers strong earning potential for results-driven professionals who actively contribute to business growth and client retention.

Requirements

  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Strong Telephone Skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Office
  • Well versed with Google applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi -tasking environment.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Goal oriented and able to achieve goals on continuous monthly bases
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Call new customers and set up sales appointments
  • Reaching out to leads and following up with potential customers
  • Achieve sales targets and goals
  • Maintain and pursue new and existing established business relationships to generate and qualify customer needs
  • Manage database of leads within SalesForce
  • Make 300-450 telephone calls per week
  • Generate (1-2) qualifying sales appointments each week.
  • Actively outside scouting of your territories at least one time per week to generate (30-40) new leads monthly
