You must be residing in Puerto Rico during the Internship period. Relocation is not offered.
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Nice To Haves
- Experience developing software using Python or Javascript/Typescript language.
- Experience developing web-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative and operational activities related to project and resource management processes
- Facilitate regular data quality reviews to ensure information is accurate, complete, and maintained on a consistent cadence
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Resource Managers to support timely reviews and updates
- Identify data inconsistencies and support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with preparation, validation, and presentation of reports and dashboards related to resource utilization and operational performance
- Support documentation of processes and standard operating procedures as needed
