About The Position

The Business Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the successful implementation and ongoing data integration of the ProfitKeeper financial benchmarking system across the FASTSIGNS franchise network. This role serves as a key liaison between FASTSIGNS International, vendors, and individual franchise locations, ensuring accurate data synchronization, franchisee onboarding, and effective account mapping. In addition to financial systems management, this specialist plays a critical role in operational efficiency by working on the migration/management of CoreBridge EVO. This includes building out pricing models, standardizing workflows, and configuring machine assemblies. This role will work directly with Franchisees and gather feedback on systems and needs. The specialist will also drive the creation and maintenance of tools for franchisee-facing services, while leveraging a strong foundation in accounting and workflow principles to assist with system configuration and troubleshooting. This position can be part time or full time.

Requirements

  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental accounting principles and financial statement structure. Experience working directly with financial data and/or accounting software in a practical setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets, Docs) and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms and interfaces. Experience with pricing models and workflow configuration is essential.
  • Vendor & Project Management: Capability to effectively manage communication and collaborative tasks with external software vendors.
  • Communication & Support: Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach to support and guide franchise owners with varying levels of technical and financial expertise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly when working with financial data and system configurations.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with ProfitKeeper or other financial benchmarking, reporting, or consolidation software.
  • Experience working within or supporting a franchise business model.
  • Previous experience in a system implementation, technical support, or financial analysis role.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset focused on identifying solutions and improving processes.

Responsibilities

  • CoreBridge EVO Migration & System Optimization
  • Work on the migration process to CoreBridge EVO, specializing in the construction of pricing models, materials databases, assemblies, and machine configurations.
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Training Team, and Tech group to identify and implement best practices for system deployment.
  • Standardize workflow processes for franchisee systems to drive consistency and operational efficiency across the network.
  • Evaluate Point of Sale and assist in future development as needed.
  • ProfitKeeper Implementation & Financial Data Management
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Business Systems and ProfitKeeper to manage phases of the system implementation project.
  • Work with Business Consultants to help support new and existing franchisees through the ProfitKeeper registration and initial account setup processes.
  • Provide detailed assistance to franchisees in accurately mapping their internal chart of accounts to the standardized ProfitKeeper framework.
  • Monitor and assist franchisees with establishing and maintaining reliable data feeds and syncing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting within ProfitKeeper.
  • Apply accounting expertise to review franchisee financial data within the context of ProfitKeeper, ensuring accurate categorization and reporting.
  • Act as a first point of contact for franchisee inquiries and technical issues related to ProfitKeeper setup, mapping discrepancies, and data syncing problems.
  • Operational Support, Documentation & Strategy
  • Work on creating new tools using AI to help streamline operations and increase efficiency. Keep up with trends in the technology space that the internal team should be utilizing and the franchisees in their locations.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the annual Business Plan document used by the Operations team to guide franchisee strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of training materials, guides, and support documentation for franchisees on the use of business systems.
  • Participate in communications with the franchise network regarding implementation progress, requirements, and best practices.
  • Other duties may be assigned on occasion by Management.
