We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury team and play a key role in shaping the future of our enterprise-wide treasury and financial analytics capabilities. As a trusted analytics partner to Treasury and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will: Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, consumable insights that support data‑driven decision‑making. Gather, validate, and contextualize data to produce compelling visual, numeric, and written summaries for management and business audiences. Serve as a data subject matter expert, partnering with data engineers to define data standards, requirements, and best practices. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions that enable self‑service analytics. Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards, while helping to evolve and mature Treasury data practices. Train, coach, and support business users on BI tools, promoting data literacy and a self‑service analytics culture. Analyze business intelligence to inform Treasury strategy, financial planning, risk management, and product decisions. Incorporate internal data with external sources—such as industry benchmarks, market reports, and public data—to enhance insights. Identify and analyze industry, geographic, and competitive trends, as well as emerging customer and market dynamics. Partner with teams across the enterprise to feed data into our Treasury process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
  • Recognized expertise in your area, built through a combination of advanced education and hands‑on experience.
  • Experience leading or managing large, complex analytics initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to coach, review, and transfer knowledge to other analysts or BI professionals.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous, complex problems and translating them into structured analytical solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with modern BI platforms and cloud analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity leveraging reporting and analytics capabilities within enterprise platforms.
