Provides business systems process analysis, project management, training, and quality assurance services in support of court technology. Duties include analyzing and documenting business processes and systems with project teams to elicit and document current and future functional requirements, providing in-person support and training to judicial staff, performing software application testing and functional validation, and developing training materials on court software applications. This position requires the incumbent to have considerable initiative and the use of independent judgment to participate in and lead multiple priorities and projects. This is a classified position that reports to the Manager, Business Systems Analysis & Reporting. The incumbent performs duties under general supervision and has no supervisory responsibilities.
