Utah Housing Corporation (UHC), located in West Valley City, Utah, is seeking a strategic and visionary Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager to join the Executive Team. The Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager position pays between $104,000 and $114,413 annually, based on education and experience. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager will lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. This role monitors BI systems, recommends enhancements, and establishes standards and best practices for data management. The Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager will oversee data governance, data quality, integration, and master data management while ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Collaboration is key. The Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions, deliver insights across the organization, and provide analytical support for internal and external requests. This role also supports executive leadership by delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and manage a team that promotes a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or university, with a master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in business intelligence, data management, or related roles, including a minimum of two years in a leadership capacity. At least two years of intensive experience with the Domo platform is preferred. The Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager role requires a strong knowledge of the Domo platform, other business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, data management platforms such as SQL Server, Azure, or AWS, and statistical or analytical tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, Stata, or Python. Familiarity with data governance, data architecture, and data quality frameworks, commercial KPIs and reporting needs, and modern BI stacks and visualization platforms is highly valued. This role translates complex data insights into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders, balances multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates effectively with teams across the organization. Experience with cloud-based data solutions is also highly desirable.
