About The Position

Galvion designs, develops, and manufactures ballistic helmets and dynamic power and data management solutions for the modern battlefield. We are a passionate, global, and fast-paced team collaborating with several strategic partners and are committed to enhancing the overall agility and survivability of the modern warfighter and tactical operator. THE OPPORTUNITY The Business Intelligence Architect has a strong background in Power BI, SQL, ETL development, Azure Data Lake, and secure cloud data architectures. The Architect/developer will have hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure—including RBAC, Key Vault, sensitivity labeling, and Medallion architecture—as well as Gov Cloud and GCC High tenant environments. Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP experience required in a manufacturing setting and experience with Infor Syteline CSI Cloud ERP, Factory Track MES, and manufacturing data flows is a plus. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CMMC and NIST 800-171 is an added bonus.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics
  • Expert-level experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, row-level security)
  • Advanced SQL experience with large datasets and complex joins
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure AD, RBAC, and Key Vault
  • Experience implementing Medallion data architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)
  • ETL tool experience (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Talend, Informatica)
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, Infor)
  • Experience with ERP/MES data structures, supply chain systems, and quality systems
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
  • Experience working with secure data labeling, classification, and audit requirements
  • Manufacturing Data & Process Understanding
  • U.S. Citizenship required (no sponsorship available)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Azure Gov Cloud or GCC High tenant environment
  • Strong understanding of CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171 data and security requirements.
  • CMMC Level 2 / NIST 800-171 compliance awareness
  • Infor Syteline CSI Cloud ERP
  • Factory Track MES
  • Experience with Boomi or similar integration tools
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics, operational reporting, and secure data movement
  • Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations
  • Develop solutions leveraging Azure Data Lake with Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
  • Implement RBAC, sensitivity labels, and Key Vault for secure data access and credential management
  • Operate within Gov Cloud and GCC High environments ensuring compliance with CMMC and NIST 800-171
  • Integrate data between Infor Syteline CSI Cloud ERP, Factory Track MES, and other system
  • Collaborate closely with business functions—including operations, engineering, IT, quality, and finance
  • Maintain data governance, documentation, and data quality standards
  • Support manufacturing intelligence initiatives across multiple sites
