About The Position

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across the organization. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals (0–4 years) who possess strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to solve problems using data.  The BI Analyst collaborates across departments, develops reports and dashboards, and ensures data accuracy while supporting strategic and operational initiatives.  This is a new role created as a result of growth in SuperHero’s data and analytics infrastructure.  This role will report to SuperHero’s Senior Director of FP&A with high visibility to SuperHero’s executive leadership. This is an onsite Role. About SuperHero SuperHero Fire Protection is a leading fire protection company with 18 locations and over 900 employees across the Southeastern United States.  SuperHero offers a full suite of fire protection services including servicing of sprinklers, fire alarms, and suppression systems, as well as system installation in new and existing buildings.  Through our partnership with Hidden Harbor Capital Partners, SuperHero has grown from its founding in Georgia in 2012 to serve customers across 14 states.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
  • 0–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience with BI tools, Power BI preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
  • Exposure to financial, operational, or KPI‑driven reporting environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain BI solutions such as dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into analytical or reporting needs
  • Maintain and refine source data pulls from data lake to Power BI
  • Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support business questions, identify trends, and provide insights
  • Monitor performance of BI systems and troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Support data governance by documenting processes, reporting logic, and data definitions
