About The Position

The Business Intelligence Developer plays a key role in designing, building, and maintaining modern data solutions that support strategic decision-making across the firm. This role focuses on developing scalable data pipelines, enterprise data models, and insightful dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and related technologies. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Information Technology, or related field .
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing design principles.
• Experience working with Azure cloud services in a data management environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data warehousing techniques.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable and strategic insights.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for integration, transformation, and automation of data movement.
• Design and maintain enterprise-level data models and data warehouse structures that support reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Utilize SQL, DAX, Power Query, and advanced analytical functions to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Monitor data quality, performance, and system reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and dashboards to support business initiatives and leadership requests.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding BI tools and data strategy.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Display accountability and ownership for data integrity and solution delivery.
• Adapt to evolving technology and business needs in a dynamic environment.
• Participate in internal initiatives to improve reporting frameworks and data governance practices.
• Contribute to the development of firm-wide data strategy and modernization efforts.
