About The Position

Business Intelligence Information Technology Epic Position Summary Create, modify and configure Epic master file entries. Utilize Epic utility to perform import and export from these master files. Manage ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, RVU,CDC Immunization quarterly or yearly update. Configure orderability and detailed configuration based on requested specifications. Troubleshoot daily errors or issues. Essential Job Duties Create, modify and configure Epic master file entries based on request Utilize Epic utility to perform import and export from these master files. Manage ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, RVU,CDC Immunization quarterly or yearly update. Configure orderability and detailed configuration based on requested specifications. Troubleshoot daily errors or issues. Work with other teams to fulfill the enterprise goal. This is a full time position, working 4 days a week mostly out of our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan; reporting to NewYork-Presbyterian hospitals as projects require. Ability for 1 day remote a week. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Epic Module Certification or obtained within 6 months of employment 1+ years of previous work related experience Preferred Qualifications Degree or major in Computer Science Masters Experience with data warehouses and health care EMR systems Knowledge of MS SQL Database, T-SQL scripting and database modeling Strong understanding of data design, architecture, relational databases and data modeling Fluency with rational and multidimensional concepts Ability to design, develop and integrate solutions across all systems Clear demonstration of technical, analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills Excellent attention to detail, patience and a positive, customer centric attitude Demonstrated ability to develop proficiency with unfamiliar toolsets Business Intelligent toolset experience (Crystal reports, Cognos, Tableau, etc.) Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Epic Module Certification or obtained within 6 months of employment
  • 1+ years of previous work related experience

Nice To Haves
