Requirements

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED and currently in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field at an accredited college.
  • Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
  • Detail- oriented and organized
  • Eagerness to learn and ask questions
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Work on real projects with teams in Sales, Operations, HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing
  • Help track data, run reports, and learn how business decisions are made
  • Sit in on meetings and job shadow to see how different departments operate
  • Help create presentations, communications, and internal materials
  • Research ideas and share recommendations with the team
  • Assist with company events and community involvement activities
  • Assists with other related duties as assigned.
