Our Client, a growing boutique business law firm, is seeking a Texas-licensed Litigation Associate to join its expanding practice. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, real courtroom exposure, and meaningful responsibility without large-firm bureaucracy.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of business or commercial litigation experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Professional, collaborative approach
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings in Texas state and federal courts
- Handle discovery, legal research, and case strategy development
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Review and synthesize documents to support litigation strategy
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Assist with contracts and transactional matters as needed
