About The Position

The Apple Gift Card is the gift card for everything Apple and is available in
dozens of countries and tens of thousands of stores worldwide. And Apple Account
in Wallet holds your funds — so you can quickly and conveniently check your
balance, add money, view past purchases, and pay for everything Apple, whether
you’re shopping at an Apple Store or in the App Store. The Apple Gift Card team
is seeking an analytically-driven and independent Business Manager to support
critical initiatives for the Apple Gift Card and Apple Account products.

In this role, you will help chart the future direction of Apple Gift Card by
monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, projecting future
business results, identifying recommendations to product, marketing, and
business development teams, investigating new opportunities, and ensuring the
business can execute against its long-term strategy. Our team also manages spend
on promotions, placements and marketing with our Gift Card partners including
both forecasting along with invoice and purchase order management. You will
partner directly with product, marketing, business development, operations,
strategy and finance teams, working cross-functionally to deliver results, as
well as working with external partners such as integrators and merchants to help
deliver on our product strategy and roadmap. You should have experience and
subject matter expertise in financial modeling, payments, data science, and
finance. Previous experience working in the gift card value chain at an
integrator or merchant is a major plus. Some travel required (20-25%).

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience with a proven track record of success in roles focused on financial modeling, business analysis, finance, and data analysis
• Experience forecasting P&Ls in financial services businesses with ability to implement model best-practices in both forecasting models and business cases using Excel
• Experience developing business cases around market opportunities and partnerships — including strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial analysis
• Ability to collaborate with different teams, create presentation materials and present to senior leaders to guide business decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong experience with Keynote — ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics to senior leaders and partners

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, management, entrepreneurship or a related quantitative field
• Experience working in the gift card value chain at an integrator or merchant
