A growing post-secondary institution is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office Manager to support campus operations. This position works closely with the Campus Director and Corporate Accounting team to ensure the accurate and timely management of the campus’s financial and accounting records. Position Summary The Business Office Manager assists in maintaining the financial integrity of the campus. Under the direction of the Campus Director, this role manages revenue recognition, accounts receivable, expenses, and accounts payable, while coordinating with corporate accounting and finance to prepare and issue month-end reports. The Business Office Manager is also responsible for managing cash, disbursing payments, supporting student account management, and assisting the Campus Director with onboarding new employees.
