About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience with ESAP systems
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency with SharePoint
  • Experience working with SAP Ariba

Responsibilities

  • Support purchasing activities for GM Research & Development by submitting requisitions, identifying the appropriate buyer, reviewing SODWs, and helping resolve invoicing or payment issues. This includes coordinating with vendors and assisting with general supplier management tasks.
  • Contribute to budget management by helping maintain ETLF forecasts, coordinating the resolution and closure of open purchase order commitments, and supporting software and maintenance renewal processes.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining efficient work processes, project management templates, financial tracking tools, reference guides, and best‑practice materials that improve department operations.
  • Support broader department programs and participate in special projects as assigned.
