About The Position

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Operations team. Using strong analytical and reporting skills, you will help leaders make data-driven decisions, identify process gaps, and drive operational excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Analyze complex datasets and create clear visualizations that communicate actionable insights. Ensure compliance with data governance and analytical standards to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Partner with stakeholders to promote long-term, data-driven decision-making over short-term fixes. Identify process gaps and deliver data-backed recommendations to leadership. Support change management for data and process updates to ensure smooth implementation. Measure, track, and publish operational performance against defined metrics and targets. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes using advanced tools, including robotic process automation (RPA).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations or analytics, focused on extracting and analyzing operational data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query) and/or Power BI.
  • Strong self-learning mindset with the ability to independently acquire new skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Basic understanding of business operations and process flows.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, operations management, supply chain, project management, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Alteryx for data preparation, modeling, and advanced analytics.
  • Strong background in process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational optimization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • 1–2 years of experience with business process analysis, automation tools (e.g., RPA, BPM software), or workflow optimization.
