Select’s Business Operations Analyst will supervise the office duties of the location(s), prepare and distribute reports required by senior management including revenue projections, equipment utilization, and trend graphs for key indicators. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to Assists with overseeing clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and other services.Supervises and monitors the performance of office personnel.Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office supplies and equipment.Maintain detailed and organized records of verfication activities and communications Makes recommendations to upper management regarding staffing issues and procedural changes.Ensures that day-to-day operations align with organizational objectives.Track ticket entry after creation to ensure that they are closed in a timely manner. Email customer tickets for approval / signature. Provide Select customers with the upmost respect and stellar customer service. Keep an open line of communication between Select and customers. Complete special projects at the request of Operations Manager Prepare reports in Excel. Maintain and update reports.Serve as contact point and data entry personnel for operational yards. Troubleshoot on telephone. Organize data. Create graphs and presentations. Other duties may be assigned.
