About The Position

As a Business Operations Associate at Sieve, you’ll help keep the company running smoothly as we scale. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their career who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast without sacrificing quality, and wants to learn how a high-growth startup operates from the inside. Your time will roughly be split across: 30% admin support (calendar management, founder follow-ups, network maintenance) 30% events & community (planning and running events, meetups, researcher dinners, etc) 40% daily operations (partnerships, office management, strategic projects, etc) No day will look the same. Ideal candidates are extremely organized, proactive, and energized by doing whatever needs to get done.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple work streams and shifting priorities
  • In-person at our SF HQ

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in EA / BizOps capacities
  • Experience hosting events or running community (meetups, campus orgs, dinners, etc.)
  • Experience with AI tools
