About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Business Operations Data Analyst Intern to support our analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience working with real business data, developing dashboards, analyzing key metrics, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that support operational decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Warehouse, Customer Service, and Operations Accounting—to analyze KPIs, customer behavior, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and KPIs
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
• Introductory knowledge of SQL
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Familiarity with exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data visualization best practices
• Exposure to supply chain, operations, or customer analytics
• Coursework or projects involving SQL case studies or real-world datasets

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends and insights
• Support KPI development and performance reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations
