About The Position

Join our team for the Summer 2026 semester for a fast-paced experience like no other. At City Wide Facility Solutions, you’ll gain real-world exposure to both the sales and operational sides of a fast-growing company in the facility maintenance industry. From medical offices and industrial facilities to corporate campuses, you’ll help our teams ensure every client receives the highest standard of service. What You’ll Do: Help build and strengthen business-to-business relationships. Assist in selling facility maintenance solutions and supporting proposal creation and follow-up. Participate in cold calls and outside B2B sales efforts with experienced Sales Executives. Learn how sales, operations, and marketing work together to drive business success. Ride along with Facility Solutions Managers to visit customer sites and observe service delivery. Conduct site inspections and collaborate with Account Compliance Managers and Independent Contractors. Help troubleshoot customer requests and coordinate service resolutions. Support execution of services to ensure client expectations and City Wide standards are met. What You Bring: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required. A strong desire to learn, develop, and grow within a professional sales and operations environment. Why City Wide? Requirements
