We hope to make a great place even better for both tourists and residents. EAU Holdings officially started in 2006 with the purchase of the property that is now Smokey’s Restaurant. Unofficially, the dream began with Liz Uihlein’s love and memories of spending vacations with cousins in the Northwoods. In 2014, EAU Holdings expanded by opening multiple businesses. After extensive remodeling, these year-round businesses have made downtown Manitowish Waters a beautiful place for residents and visitors alike

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience (lodging, restaurant, retail or resort environment).
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to identify opportunities and solve problems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with government agencies and professional organizations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of EAU Holding’s hospitality businesses, including lodge, spa, fitness and retail.
• Drive operational performance, service standards and profitability.
• Build and develop high-performing teams, including forecasting staffing needs and leading talent planning.
• Implement training programs that ensure consistent service excellence.
• Negotiate agreements and manage vendor performance.
• Ensure legal and operational compliance for all businesses.
